The board of Delta State Host Communities of Nigeria Producing Oil & Gas (HOSTCOM) rejects allegations that Delta State Oil Minerals Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC) is in conflict with its Indigenous Contractors Forum.

According to HOSTCOM these baseless accusations should be dismissed as they represent complete fabrications.

HOSTCOM accused the chairperson and secretary of DESOPADEC Indigenous Contractors Forum of planning to defame Governor Sheriff Oborevwori’s administration and the commission.

A signed document from the State Chairman of HOSTCOM Comrade Enujeke Sunday with Secretary High Comrade Joseph Lamienghan strongly supported DESOPADEC leadership under Managing Director Chief Festus Ochonogor and Chairman Chief John Nani.

THEМOССМ officers commended the dedication of both DESOPADEC’s leadership teams to fulfill the obligations toward oil-bearing communities according to Governor Oborevwori’s M.O.R.E Agenda.

Supporting progress and stability

The community organization HOSTCOM acknowledged the administration of Governor Oborevwori for using derivation funds while demonstrating both fiscal discipline and transparency.

Through their impactful infrastructure and development activities in oil-producing communities DESOPADEC made essential contributions to establish Delta state as a peaceful area.

The group requested security agency involvement to stop potential disruptions stemming from reported sabotage by the contractors’ forum. HOSTCOM emphasized DESOPADEC achievements aligned directly with the governor’s vision that merged equity with progress.

Community-oriented policies under the M.O.R.E Agenda create lasting peace throughout Delta State and ensure public stability.

According to HOSTCOM the infrastructure and development projects delivered by DESOPADEC have successfully accomplished its duty to improve oil-producing communities’ conditions.
