NAF’s Pledges Steady Resistance Against Security Threats

Chief of Air Staff Air Marshal Hasan Abubakar stated that the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) will deliver air power against all criminal hideouts throughout the nation.

Abubakar delivered his message during the NAF Administration Personnel Seminar in Abuja on Wednesday to state the military’s absolute dedication for eliminating terrorism and banditry with the goal of safeguarding Nigeria for all inhabitants.

Place it plainly that air power extends justice to bring law and order to criminal networks operating in areas without government control.

A decisive response consists of fighting and fixing military targets while striking all state adversaries. Theargas goal exists to attain national security for every Nigerian citizen.

As Commander he thanked President Bola Tinubu for steadfast backing the Air Force operations.

Challenges and modernization of personnel management

While outlining progress, the Air Force chief highlighted key challenges affecting personnel, including:

-Absence Without Leave (AWOL)
-Drug and substance abuse
-Negative influence of social media

The National Air Force would implement digital personnel management services according to the chief who also advocated for better accommodation software and data analytics solutions to forecast staffing requirements.

The use of digital training and career development platforms will create better decisions by optimizing available resources and maximizing operational productivity.

Seminar participants were invited by the Force chief to present creative solutions that would modernize personnel administration alongside operational excellence improvements.
