The Senate allowed the Kogi Central senator to undertake no legislative duties after passing the decision through a voice vote with complete parliamentary agreement.

The Senate forwarded Natasha to the Committee on Ethics Privileges and Public Petitions for pursuing disciplinary procedures.

During a live television interview Natasha halted the sexual harassment investigation of Senate President Godswill Akpabio by making public harassment claims against the official.

The politician claimed that Akpabio pursued her because she refused to accept his romantic interest in her.
