Atiku also criticised the Federal Government for failing to address the ongoing terrorist attacks in Borno State. He referenced concerns from Governor Babagana Zulum and the Shehu of Borno, Abubakar Ibn Umar Garbai El-Kanemi.

Atiku argued that these attacks have led to significant loss of life and territory to insurgents.

He cited the government’s failure to prosecute known terrorists as a key factor in emboldening their activities across Nigeria. Atiku urged swift action to hold perpetrators accountable and emphasised the importance of proactive measures to prevent further violence.
