FAAN urges patience and understanding during flight disruptions

During the Iftar dinner at the Lagos airport Captain Abdullahi Mahmood as Director of Operations presented the issues of passenger conduct during flight disruptions leading up to the upcoming Sallah season.

The Aviation Director Abdullahi Mahmood stressed to travelers that good airport conduct preserved airport safety by instructing people to stay calm and preserve all property, FAAN pledges. The process of destruction or combat does not solve problems thus passengers must defend their rights and airline rights equally.

FAAN pledges commitment to tackling touting and improving airport standards

The FAAN takes touting seriously yet recognizes that removing this practice from airports will face numerous difficulties according to Mahmood.

He declared touting similar to corruption because certain individuals benefit from this activity while putting up resistance to its elimination.

The public can trust that FAAN remains dedicated to fighting touting and actively works to have people understand its destructive effects on the industry.
