JAMB has launched the Candidate Counselling Emergency Support Centre (CCESC) to assist UTME candidates dealing with immediate concerns during the ongoing examination period.
The Board shared the news about the support line via its official X page on Friday. This new system complements online ticketing, which continues to be the most effective way for candidates to voice their issues. “We’ve established a new emergency counseling support line to complement our primary method for handling candidate issues”.

Furthermore JAMB continues to encourage candidates to use the online ticketing system for the quickest and most effective resolution of their concerns.
Additional assistance to support UTME Candidates
JAMB has launched its emergency counseling center in response to its decision to postpone UTME exams for more than 379,000 candidates whose tests were hampered by issues at CBT centres nationwide.
UTME candidates are also worried that their rescheduled exams may overlap with the WAEC exams. WAEC hasn’t released new dates for the examination to enable the students who were asked to retake UTME to complete their WASSCE.
