Tonbra Nwosuagwu, known as “The Activator,” is a renowned transformational coach who has dedicated herself to elevating individuals and helping them unlock their full potential. In this interview, she shares her journey, insights, and the impact of her work.

Nwosuagwu’s journey into transformational coaching was profoundly influenced by a life-altering diagnosis of Psoriasis at the age of 18. This autoimmune condition led to a decade-long battle, robbing her of confidence and forcing her to hide. However, this struggle became the driving force behind her passion for transformational coaching. Through her own experience, she learned that our true worth transcends appearances, residing deep within us. This insight ignited her dedication to guiding individuals on their transformative journeys.

As a transformational coach, Nwosuagwu focuses on shifting individuals’ perceptions of life. She understands that our belief systems shape our reality, influencing thoughts, emotions, and actions. Nwosuagwu helps clients explore and question their ingrained assumptions and perspectives. Through introspection and growth, she empowers them to dismantle self-limiting beliefs and cultivate empowering stories aligned with their aspirations.

Nwosuagwu’s role as a training and management consultant has been shaped by her early recognition of her inclination towards teaching and helping others. Witnessing the transformative power of embracing new perspectives within organizations fuels her drive. She is passionate about fostering core leadership competencies among female employees and believes women’s involvement in leadership roles is essential for diversity and innovation.

Running initiatives focused on personal growth and inner fulfilment has transformed Nwosuagwu herself. Her greatest impact lies in helping individuals, especially women, embrace their inherent significance and unlock their leadership potential. By addressing unique challenges women face, she empowers them to dismantle limiting beliefs, fostering an environment where they can confidently pursue their dreams.

Nwosuagwu acknowledges that self-doubt is an ongoing challenge, even for successful individuals. She navigates through self-doubt by taking action despite how she feels, continuously striving for her goals.

To empower women to succeed, Nwosuagwu advises embracing self-worth, serving others with purpose, continuously learning, seeking mentors and role models, and building supportive networks.

Balancing various roles as a wife, mother, and impactpreneur requires setting clear priorities and cherishing moments with loved ones. Nwosuagwu emphasizes being present and aligning actions with core values and goals.

Nwosuagwu’s life mantra is “Value does not change, perspective does.” She stresses the importance of surrounding oneself with individuals who appreciate and uplift, creating an environment that nurtures self-esteem, aspirations, and personal growth.
